Hi Stephanie, we've just come back from a lovely swim.at the beach. It was wonderful to feel cool for a short while. Bit of irony, they had to cancel a meeting on global warming and climate change in London today due to it being too hot to host it!! Scary times x

England were such a disappointment. They just didn't seem to have any ideas! .. we're watching the Canada game on our tablet in the garden. They are playing well. Everything crossed for them and for Scotland later.

I registered my monarch garden with the monarch waystation org, they have thousands of gardens registered. A good organization in the states. Will get a sign to put up for my station.

It's 31C here at the moment, slightly hotter tomorrow, then cooling as the week progresses.  Far too hot for me, we're not used to it peaking so high over here, lol! xxx
