I woke up during the night and couldn't get back to sleep so I fell asleep in my recliner.  I didn't get up until 10am. So a late start to the day.

.¸.Splash   💦 ° ღ Good Morning Stephanie , still cool wet and unsettled here , had a lovely day yesterday in Manchester ,visiting our youngest and his girlfriend , we got to meet her Auntie yesterday who was visiting from Austria , such a pleasure to meet her and spend a day with them all , James girlfriend comes from Singapore and her Dad is Austrian & her mom Chinese so her life has been different from ours , but she’s a wonderful kind sweet person and so nice getting to to meet her family .

Morning Stephanie, a bit cloudy today. They say it might rain.. I ran a group for the  church, helping others cook healthy  on a budget. So I know where all the sales are. I look for healthy recipes. Try them and most them for others. Today Im roasting  a chicken. It'll make lots of meals. My allergies  are so bad right now. Having my first coffee. Have a great visit with  Kay. Enjoy your coffee.
