morning mary, aww poor ringo with the throwing up dinner episode, zack does too then he re eats it ugh lol, hes taking to eating much later in the day now just one meal seems to suit him better and as we are having a heatwave he is off food until the sun goes down late afternoon, still he gets it down so im ok with that, like 2 grumpy old men set in their ways , bless, have a lovely day x
