Happy Sunday Mary. Wow where did the weekend go? I did a chicken soup for hubby. He has funny taste buds these days, so I'm gonna let him do the spices for it. I got the veggies in there and now I'm just waiting for him to do the noodles and then it will be ready. Meanwhile I cooked a steak for the boy and one for me. I figured that will help. I love salad with chunks of steak in it. So its nice to have that on standby.

Woke up to no power. So I was setting up the little one burner camp stove so I could have coffee. And just as I was going to light it, the power came on. So I got my coffee quickly and had to work to get the internet back up. Waiting for some parcels from amazon. Things like the apricot seeds. I still have to saute some mushrooms to stop them from going bad. They are starting to look old. Then I can relax and look forward to my peaceful evening.
I sure hope your day is going well. Its already starting to get dark. Its not even 4PM!! That's crazy.
Listening to some crazy stuff online. I love looking into stuff that nobody knows about. History that we don't know about. Its fascinating. I've always been a fan of history. When I was a kid I wanted to be an archeologist.  Then I wanted to be an interior designer. I don't think I would have been happy as an archeologist because from what I've learned they have been stifled. There is a standard put forth and you cannot rock the boat.
