Hi Mary. I sure hope its not as bad as they say and that Dennis is safe. I know they are changing the way they describe weather like they are trying to scare us. They said a river of water was coming down in BC last week. It was just rain for crying out loud. And its still snowing here. I may have to shovel a path to the car I'm not sure. I will know better in the morning. I'm not going to worry about it. I need to get water and a couple of things in town some time this week. At least I have a nice fire going and its comfy in here. Its funny its not even 7 PM and it feels like 10. I tend to go to bed earlier on these kind of nights. At least I sleep pretty good. My face feels a bit better even though the swelling hasn't completely gone down. At least now I can chew without screaming! That's a relief.
I have to be really careful with the water. I've been trying to get the cistern up some and I've been down there 4 x today. It should be okay if I don't use much water for the next few days. I don't have much in the way of dishes. So it should work out okay.
