I deal with the same issues

Oh Mary I am so sorry about depression. That is hard to take. I have been depressed before, but for some reason I can usually snap out of it in a few weeks. Its so against who I am I guess. But since Feb things are much harder to snap out of. I don't know anything that can help you with it. I have heard exercise is supposed to make a difference. Trouble is, I'm not apt to go for a run or do calisthenics in the middle of the day!
Church today was awesome. I really enjoyed it and I came home a bit earlier. I'm really tired now  But I have stuff to do so I have to get over it.
I think it should be fun to plan all this with Dennis. I'm sure his enthusiasm will spread and it should be fun to work together on it. You will have to tell me about the costume you decide on. I know your weekend goes fast. The week does too I guess. I don't have any plans yet for this week. Which is nice. I will play it by ear. Kym only lives about 25 minutes away. So I am sure I won't have any trouble seeing her fairly often. She works though so that may cut into our leisure time.
