I often wonder if Rylee is listening to me. Then he surprises me by hearing what I say. I have taught Rylee to wait to pick things up until I say "Get it." I used to use "Okay" but it's really surprising how often "okay" is used in a sentence without your realizing. The other night hubby and I were talking about our son, I said to hubby that that "he just didn't get it".  The next I knew Rylee had scooped up the treats I was making him wait for. I then realized what I had said - Rylee was listening to everything I said! Let's just hope he's as smart at today show. Happy Friday!
