I'm so tired so I may not play for long.
Thank you to those who have sent kind words regarding my mum's recovery from a hip operation (5 days ago).
My mum is doing okay but has been admitted overnight for observation. As soon as I could I went to the ED to relieve my sister who had been there for hours with her. Only just got home (10:30pm Friday).
Mum's so exhausted from lack of sleep and trying to do things herself when we can't be there with her. She's an independent woman but tends to forget that healing takes time
A good lesson in life is to be patient and kind to ourselves amen 🙏🏽
