Rylee asked to be let out at 1am (surprise - not) Out he went then stood stock still in the run. I was half asleep and thought - come on do something. He just stood there then advanced towards the gate. I looked out and it was swinging open!! I opened the door to call him in he turned and came back in. I looked again to make sure I wasn't seeing things - yup the gate to the road is open. I wasn't about to go out in the cold and it was snowing (again surprise - no). We went back up to bed and I hoped he wouldn't need to go out again before morning. I knew different as he didn't do anything so at 4am when he said I really have to go mom I got up again to let him out. This time I was ready and put a long line on him to make sure he didn't leave the run. Out he went - mission accomplished and back to bed. Happy Friday.
