Hope you have closed the cafe and are relaxing before bed, How’s Roxy not hungry ? 😂🤭hope the sore throat is soon better, is she still sewing ? Docs went ok for me all bloods good apart from good cholesterol is quite low,😟I’ll have to tweak that a bit, my reduced fat and smaller portions suit my tummy, ? So much better, I’ll not change my diet to much, for fear of upsetting my tummy again, Iam at Docs in a couple of weeks  I’ll see where we go ?then, now relaxing with some footy before bed, you will tired after your school runs and looking out for Roxy,,sleep well later Lovely, much love and hugs, xxxxx
