Hello Vivien, Sun's out his morning though it's still -18 with the wind chill. Brrr! Yesterday I got ready to go into the garden, but the wind was so cold I had to change my mind. Hoping things warm up a bit soon. I want to go see my crocuses though they are also very cold and growth has stopped for the time being!  :) Wishing you a good weekend xo

Morning Vivien .. walking is the best exercise and do it regularly  . He was a very fir person so should regain his strength. Just a few piles of snow left but even those are half the size now.  What grass is showing is turning green already. Have a super safe weekend. xoxoxoxox
