Hi Kathy, and Good Afternoon. My nephew shifted into his own place today, been sleeping in our lounge while he been waiting for his place to be vacated. place in a terrible mess, had to kick women and kids out, not been paying rent. Needs repainting, brand new carpets and curtains, that being done on Monday and they smashed a fist through wall - . We a little further ahead, each day we off load more rubbish and empty more boxes.
