Hi Judy! Thank you for the SFM! Back home tonight safe and sound. So very hot here. Had a great visit with mom and girls night out on Friday. I hope you are well and have had a good weekend. I have lab appt in the AM then I'll see a new Dr  the following week in Aug. So dreading getting to know new Dr. I've decided if I don't like her ill move on to another practice. Hoping all works out. Sleep tight tonight hun...sweet dreams for later. Big love and hugs!

a sunny afternoon hello, Judy, and a splash! a summer white mouse spotted; thanks! that strawberry watermelon quencher sounds good! and, yes, the root beer float tasted perfect. it's 31C here, and I just got back from a quick run to the bakery, and to the food co-op.
