Hi Michele...glad you had a good day and what a lovely review you got, well deserved it is too.  But I bet you were chuffed anyway.  Not surprised to read about Lana's warnings I had an idea they would come eventually she has done well to last this long.  I think you will get to your goal weight wise your very disciplined which is what it is all about.  Yes, I was reading the paper earlier and saw that there was footy on.  Hope you find something good to watch.  Off to make a cuppa have a good evening and sleep well xxxx
