Evening Michele, been a really cold wind here today but no rain. We went into the city for a Chinese meal with a couple of Phil’s old school friends and their wives, it was really nice. I have a horrible sore throat though, I’ve been fine for months and then had my flu jab and was aching yesterday and now this Typical!
Glad you got your jobs done and was able to have a relaxing afternoon and watch some films and snooze lol. Enjoy your evening, night night xxxx

I had a busy morning, I left my food shop till today so had that to do then a look around the shops.  So I was ready for an easy afternoon.  I like to have relaxing weekends if I can.  It doesn't always work out like that but we can but try.  Grinning at you getting your Mum 3 pairs of slippers.  Believe me I have done things like that and as you say she goes through them like most people so always good to have some in reserve. Only 8 weeks to Christmas someone was saying today.  I shudder at how quickly the years are flying in.  Still I do enjoy Christmas.  I am always surprised at the amount of people I know who don't.  Off to find something to watch.  Good Luck to me says you lol...night night and sleep well xxx
