splashed--I have turned into a fairweather fan--watched the Toronto Blue Jays clinch a playoff spot.I have only watched a couple of games but now I will follow along alittle more closely(besides they was nothing else interesting on today. You are being smart loosing the weight especially when its the knee.less weight on it when fixed will be a good thing. Off to bed to read for a bit and probably have company or else he has already staked out his spot, Have a good night and a good day tomorrow.

Still a touch stiff but just got back from a good walk  of 10,000 steps .

Evening Michele, been colder but a nice day, no rain, dried 2 lines of washing.
Sorry Jake isn’t doing well with his Arthritis, perhaps the colder weather, it certainly makes me hurt more!

No rain here but lots of Sun, Donna cooked us alovely roast, lunch, aww poor Jake, hopefully some supplements will help as they do us, indeed getting old is no fun when things start to need a little extra help, you enjoy your evening sleep well later Michele
