splashed-- I won't say it was the best sleep but I did sleep and because they are picking up the table and chairs this morning I can always sneak a nap in after lunch. Like I said a fall changes your perspective and it seems once you fall there is more of them in your future. I did fall the one time Kevin was here and we hadn't turned on the lights yet and Sagwa got in my way-so I still creep around here holding on to things but the funny thing is I can walk quite secure with even a hand on the wall but not holding onto anything--all in the head what you think you can do. It is surprising how confident you can become with a walker --so I hope she feels that way and then you will have another worry---"where is she now!!"I hope today is just busy enough to keepyou occupied--have a good day

Hi Michele..back after a fabulous weekend with my sister.  She got very emotional when I surprised her and of course that made me teary as well.  Spent the time reminiscing and got very nostalgic and of course lots of laughs.  I am tired today my flight yesterday was delayed so I got home late.  But a couple of lie in's or early nights will fix that.  How have things been with you?  Your on some time off now aren't you  Did you lose any more weight?  Weather was good while I was away.  And it's still nice here so am happy about that.  Going to potter today not really in the mood for to much work lol.  Have a great day and catch you later xxxx
