Good morning splash--It is sunny but cold this morning--laugh at all theses people saying cold at plus temperatures where as we call cold the minus ones. Slept in a bit so now I really have to find a go ahead gear as planned to make a big pot of soup to fed Kevin for supper tonight and that is usually an all day affair. Yes I think the poor guy was a little shell shocked but don't expect much progress as he is just an underling and not anyone with any authority and its next to impossible to get  any one that has. It is the initial down payment that is a hurdle . It wasn`t until I was informed I could use my Retirement account on my down payment and have 15 years to put that amount back in tax free . I took 10,000 out and finished allocating the funds to pay that off this tax season after 13 years .

Good Morning Michele...well I see your all set for the grand carpets clean.  I agree with James go easy and take breaks when you need to.  I am sure the carpets will look great when your finished.  That will be great coming up to Christmas.  One of the reasons I don't put my tree up is everything gets so dusty if you leave it up for to long.  I could do with a new tree really but they are so expensive now.  Still the time will come when I will have to get one.  I am going to set my telly to record the programme on Saturday just in case I forget about it.  Glad you will get to see it.  Really dull here today I have the lights on because it's dark.  No plans as such I was going to go out but have to wait for a parcel.  Have a good day xxx
