Very hot and sticky, here, sorry the meeting over run, Donna had the same wasn’t happy  either.. Doc is referring me to have another X-ray, and refer to orthopaedics he said there are red flags…. Maybe we will get some where but not very quickly I know haha sleep well, xx

Evening Michele, well we hit 32° today, makes you feel so lethargic, hope we can sleep. The kids were good today even though we stayed in after walking Fig.

Evening Michele...another hot day for us all.  I have heard it's to break at the weekend but then someone else said it wasn't the case.  Fingers crossed it will.  I bought a neck fan on Shein today lol.  My hubby thinks I am mad because the weather will have changed by the time I get it but I don't care I will have it for the next time.  They look great and are rechargeable so not worrying about batteries.  Sorry your meeting got long and drawn out.  I should have guessed Lana would be at the back of it.  Very annoying.  Even if you do have to wait a while for your knee replacement you said it your self you will be a skinny minnie by the time it comes around and will feel a lot better anyway.  Tum is not to bad tonight but it was dodgy for a while so hoping it's ok now.  Enjoy a lovely evening xxx
