Morning Michele..ty for the Centaur.  Cold and windy here this morning but at least it's dry.  I see your at home so a nice day ahead.  Fingers crossed Lana doesn't ring you and tries to cope  on her own for once.  Well taking it easy seems to be paying off I definitely feel a little better today.  Not coughing as much and had a good night.  I have a night out coming up this weekend but am seriously thinking I might have to leave it so I will keep on improving.  We will see.  Have a great day xxx

hope your day goes well no need to scrape ice today thats good that you hit 9,  since i have been on Metformin i have dropped weight, but now love and dont feel the cold , haha xx
