Morning splash--I hope all the problems can at least be looked at even if there is no a solution right away, I really hope the heat in the building is top of the list as I am positive there is air conditioning or direct opening to the outside as they are freezing. I don't ask for a lot more heat just a few degrees would be nice, Yes,just checked and the pork has set up nicely with the matural geletan so won't have to use a lot of the packaged stuff,then it is onward towards having the pies made. They are pies but I make them in cassorole dishes so they are deep. I hope the antibiotics do it for your mom and by Christmas she will be in top form. Have a good day
