I look out my window what do I see
a cardinal, a blue jay and a chickadee
They sit on my feeder or in my tree
they're fun to watch and company
When singing their pretty song
my worries and cares are gone
Hummingbirds enjoy my flowers
succulent nectar they love to devour
The chipmunk fills his cheeks
with the seeds that he seeks
He scurries away back to his den
then comes back for seeds again
Rabbits run, hop. and play
on this wonderful sunny day
Mother Nature is a window away
I am thankful for this every day"

Hope you find what you want in Matalan Michele, I knew Covid and your knee hit you hard with weight ,you must have put back on what you lost at SW, ,you must be happy it’s coming off again, clearly the drug works, how do you get on for maintaining ? Lesser amount, My daughter has been losing weight she’s done very well but she eats hardly anything, I wish she would eat more, me just worrying as Mums do,

Hi Mchele..how lovely you know Chris such a long time.  I presumed she was a work mate.  Even better and as you say she will get to enjoy as much time with as you want on Thursday.  Rain here today but I have no plans to go anywhere.  So don't really mind.  Oh wow! a 4 lbs loss that's amazing, it's literally falling off you that's brilliant Michele.  You must be so chuffed I know I would be.  Well enjoy your shopping trip hope you find a few bargains.  Have a great day xxx
