Morning splash --water dragon and pink ty Well Sagwa is staying close so far this morning(think the heat is getting to him as yesterday I only left the fans on and it was quite muggy in here when I came up) Of course he is forgiven but I will not forget what happened and will make sure he can't scurey out again. It is another hot humid start to the day It mostly coudy but 24 so don't think a lot will get done today either. I don't know how much experience is needed to use a walker--I am afraid it was just heres a walker and and away I go as I think even though I had an old one I never started using the walker until I had hip replacement. My computer even baulked this morning--everything went blank and black screen until it said updating--that took forever-- but allis well again. Have agood day

Good Morning Michele..ty for the Chaffinch.  Rain here again and it rained a lot during the night as well.  I will need an ark soon to get about.  I wouldn't under estimate the NHS for your knee op Michele..  I find when you have been prepped they usually don't dilly dally.  I think my brother got done fairly quickly after that.  So fingers crossed.  Sounds like you might be busy now these extra cases have come in.  Hope it it wont be to draining for you.  Jobs for me oh joy.  Have a lovely day xxxx

grey morning splosh ,sky is covered completely , no break in it ,,,sigh , we`ll see how that goes , yeah that goal weight wise is ridiculous ,yu dont need to lose any more , they always set outrageous levels ,,,doc keeps saying i`m borderline diabetic , but a niece works in scotland for a endocrinologist in Hairmyers hosp , he said they need to take everyone in an individual basis ,they want you below 5 mmol ,i float between 6/8 and dont have one symptom ,,plus its a known fact that no one likes visiting a doc and their blood sugar spikes ,,ican be as high as 9/10 . as soon as i get home i check after an hour , back down to 5/6ish ,, but they go by the blood sample they take from you ,its a battle with them ,,have a good day hun , hope its enjoyable , keep cosy xxxxx
