Hi Michele..ty for the Lion.  Oh so your hot water is coming and going.  Strange that.  But as you say I would contact the landlord anyway.  We had rain when I got up but its nice and sunny now so hopefully it will continue.  No plans for today will just do some jobs and have an easy day.  Any plans for your time off or are you just going to take it easy?  Either way nice to look forward to them.  I can't believe it's August next week were is this year going!!  It will be Christmas again before we know it.  Have a good day Michele...xxx
