Hi Michele...better day here after a crappy one yesterday.  Ahhh a soft boss which is good in a lot of ways but not so good in others.  You have to be firm to be a boss and you certainly have to be able to come down on peeps who aren't doing their job properly.  I don't blame you for being frustrated in picking up the mistakes she makes, and correcting them.  I think your right when your out getting your knee done they will see.  Well hopefully.  I hope your phone apt goes well later and I agree about your weight I'd say you have reached you goal at this point anyway.  You don't want to loose to much.  Congrats anyway Michele..you have done a fantastic job.  Have a great day xxxx

What they are going to do is let you know less than a week ahead of time . Each day is going to be tests and scans causing a whirlwind of confusion . Then them asking why you are so stressed . lol
