Hi Michele..ty for spotting.  So glad you did so well at your apt today I knew you would.  You can't loose that much weight without impressing everyone.  So your on the list now hopefully you wont be so long as the queues are here.  You always have a great sense of fun so not surprised you had a few laughs with him.  I am definitely ok today been no problems glad to say.  Went to see my friend today we had a lovely afternoon putting the world to rights.   Well it's hot here so we are all in the same boat.  Hopefully it will break and cool down soon.  Have a good night.  Sleep well xxxx
