Hi Michele...glad you had a good day today.  Always nice to meet up and have coffee with a work colleague.  Even with Lana there lol.  I pottered today got a few jobs done so was happy about that.  Yes, I can't get over how bad the telly is.  I have to root something out most of the time.  Oh well I suppose things will start pick up in that direction as we step into Autumn but I don't want to think about that.  I love summer time.  So weigh day for you tomorrow I bet you have lost again bet you are looking forward to finding out.  Well I had better get on.  Have a good night and sleep well xxx
