Good morning Archana, I hope you are well and woke to a nice day? Sleep is so important to help us function, but women do function on less than a man.
All okay here. I went for a walk first thing and then was working in the garden. Stopped about 3pm and had a shower and then relaxed.
Got to go into work today and will have loads to do as it has been a Bank Holiday here, so 3 days of work to catch up on.
