morning Esty, so you have that problem too, the critter eating your plants. Bad critters! I use hanging plants & this year I put in a couple raised bed planters to keep those little rascals out! My daughter is a Certified Master Gardener, she teaches in the colleges so I get some good help for free.....enjoy your day & I will pray for your tulips.....
