Hi Sabine, it was a bit of a play on words lol. l meant it to be Deer Storker a similar sound to Sherlock Holmes hat. My fencing was all ok, surprising as the winds were strong and howling. My plants suffered a fair bit sadly, it had lasted for days the rain, so l couldnt get out deadhead the flowers and to remove the Slugs and Snails . l dont use chemicals because l plant flowers to attract Bees. I found a solution now on Google , Neem Oil and gentle liquid soap , spray in the late evening or early morning on foliage only . It doesnt kill but does repel. On some shrubs l plant mint close by to repel Ants . XXX
