I am helping my quilting friend of 20 years go through her sewing supplies to decide what to keep and what can go. She has made all the difficult decisions of what to pass on to other quilters and projects she still wants to complete. Sadly her spirit is more willing than her ability to plan and execute the projects. We go to a quilting getaway at a hotel for several days and take projects and free items for the other quilters. It made her very happy that all of the fabric that she brought to the last one was taken by the other quilters. Our next getaway is next month and I have a bin full of things for the free table.
