Canada! Our friendly neighbors to the north! :) I think Canada is even safer than here!  Although there are bad people everywhere of course.  I'll have to check out the fundraiser page! Around here the only place you see barbed wire is around prisons, and occasionally topping some fences in Chicago. Fields use more hot wire for the cows than barbed wire anymore. I have lots of friends on here that live up in Canada.
YOu might miss your beautiful beach as you'd probably have to travel a bit- but we do have them :)
