I’m a sad fruit that can’t be cheered up. What am I?

Todays is:-

I can be smooth and creamy
Or I can be cool and dreamy.
Whatever suits your taste.
But one thing to remember I'm made with bacterial waste.
Some like me in a cup,
Some frozen on a stick.
Some eat me with a spoon,
And some just like to lick.
Some like me with their breakfast,
Some as a tasty treat.
But as I said before I'm made with bacterial waste you eat.
What am I?

Hi Linda. I dont normally have trouble with someome watching birds as davys daughter lives close by and she feeds them when we're in Germany, but I wouldnt ask over the christmas holidays as her and Davys grandaughter  go to stay with her mum at christmas. We are going to stay with Amanda and her fiance at NY and Isla coming with us. Birds will be fine as its just the one night. Amamda is desperate to have Isla over. She asked to doggy sit her if we wanted to go out but we were too late by then to book tickets for our local pub so she invites us just to get Isla 🤣🤣🤣🤣
