I feel as good as can be expected in my age ;-) but I´m improving my health through intermittent fasting since 1,5 months now. Fasting 16-17 h / 24 and eating really healthy.  Feel much better already, have lost a few pounds and hope to lose a lot more :)) So yes feeling very focused and collected and it´s a good feeling.
I´m g oing to read a new book tonight, so I´ll leave FL for now. Have a nice evening sweetie. xo ☕📚
