Cant even imagine  your lovely sunny days as we have woke up to a very bad frost .We are only off for 4 days but doing the same in the house as if it is a months holiday ,cleaned the fridge and the cutlery daw and all those neglected spots .Hope you have a fantastic holiday ,love to you and bossman xx

The heat has been oppressive and I have a headache lol  Worked with the fan on this afternoon and that was quite pleasant but found it way too hot on my trips out. 
Good your foot is feeling better.  I know walking is good for plantar fascitis so at least you'll be able to see the sights without worrying you are damaging it any more.  I'm seeing the chiropractor twice a week at the moment so another visit there tomorrow.  I think I'm moving more freely but he says I'm very stiff through my shoulder and will take time to get the muscles softer.  So will just keep up with my treatment and hope the neck pain improves.
