Update-4 weeks since surgery: Stage 1 lung cancer. I am just a bit better.  I can move around house, cook easy meals, managing my pain most of the time, got out of house for 2 doctor appts and and an echo cardiogram.  I now have swelling pretty bad in my left foot/leg, not bad in the right. They have increased medicine (lasix) to help and must keep it elevated.  Very emotional but told that is normal.   Fairyland is a good distraction to keep my mind off the pain.  Thank you everyone for your encouraging/loving/helpful/kind words.
