Hi Valerie, glad you were able to take a walk...I get cabin fever if I am in to much. Found out my A1C 6.3 and the nurse who called me said it's "a little diabetic" and not serious and can wait for the 18th when I see my primary doctor. I am starting a no sugar...getting rid of some cookies and will use Splenda in my coffee. Carbs will be hard, I'm Italian and love my pasta. I'm a mess. 😞
