I have taught Rylee to put his paw in my knee when he wants a treat. I did this to try to teach him manners. I watched him as he sat beside Jojo in front of me. He leaned into Jojo looking like he was saying, "Watch this!" He put his paw on my knee - I gave him a treat. He leaned into Jojo again, I imagined he was saying "See - I told you I taught her to give me a treat when I tap her knee!" He did it again and I gave him another treat just to see what he would do - he looked at Jojo with a triumphant grin - "Mom is so smart."  Yes I am! Happy Tuesday.
