It will be nice to be done all your errands and be able to relax with a glass of wine won’t it? I’m terribly sorry to hear your appointment was cancelled, I’m sure you’d like to get that out of the way as well. Can you imagine cancelling a dr. appointment at the last minute? Ha! I can hear the lecture and judgement!!
The zucchini apple loaves I made this morning turned out very well, I’m impressed with the recipe because it’s very tasty. I also made some puffed wheat squares that turned out good, they are a little crunchier than I’d hoped for but I love them so I’ll devour them anyway. I’ve cleaned up the kitchen now and will be going out to do some work in the chicken coops.
