Hello Danny, Yes Everything Went Well I was kinda behind my water intake. But I had 2  Tall Glasses of water . I usually have 3 tall glasses before they draw my blood. But everything went well. Im going to have A yummy Meal. Probably Breakfast instead of Lunch. My next appointment is September 15 th in the afternoon. so I will get my results then. And they will go over the diets for me. I guess once I start the diet then I have to go every month to weight in..Cant wait till I start..hope your doing well. Have a Relaxing Day. Take Care Be Safe. Hugs! xx

Hello Danny, I still have to go in 3 Days for blood work.Then Im going on A special diet from doctor. Looking forward to that.I was On Jenny Craig Before I had lost 22 lbs. I was Getting close to my Goal weight. And I got tired of the food. I have to do some office work today. Then going out to my Back yard for awhile.You Take Care, Be safe Hugs! xx

Hello Danny ! Oh my gosh i am so pleased you had the surgery and all went well,, Take good care now. Oh i am sorry your brother is having a big surgery tomorrow or may be done by this time, i hope all go's well and your brother recovers well.. Still not doing to  well with me i am struggling to make a good recovery from this thing, I am on more steroids and a new breathing tablet at night, plus new inhalers, the doctor said yesterday he will let me have 4 weeks of this new tablet and then he will make appointment for chest clinic find out what is refusing to accept the meds haha trust me to not do things by half haha,, Please take good care Danny ,, Hugs too you xxxxxxxx
