Lunch was lovely, nicer than the fish & chip place we went ! Then the husband of the owner came to check on us ! When the lady came to clear the plates she asked did we want pudding as she'd been told to give us what we want. Daddy said we were OK but the lady insisted so mummy asked could we take away scone & a mincemeat slice for her.....I fancied 6 chocolate brownies but daddy said no. The lady came back and had put butter portions, jam & clotted cream for grandma. Talk about being treated like VIPs. Ohhh and after we took grandma home we went to Lidl for mummys look round

It had a big porthole that looked up to the underside of the pier and we was the only ones in there. Daddy went to order we all had fish and chips.....except mummy she had toasted tea cake. Next thing the pier owner came to see us and apologise and could she reimburse the pier cost, daddy said it was fine we got a table and much nicer room to ourself

Hello Aunty Chris xx hope you were careful carrying that sand, but a good job done. It was lovely and sunny but a cold wind especially by the sea. Grandma sends love, she asked had i told you about yesterday! "Bloody $hit he is" is what she said haha. Mummy got on with Harriet great, feels a lot safer with this one. Had grandmas scooter but she'd forgotten the key ! She did great walking. Got into the restaurant, not that big and packed......and no booking ! So the restaurant manager seated us downstairs in a room they hadn't opened today cos they were a fryer down

New food for the hummingbirds,  one looked off. I didn't get a new feeder , got another new birdhouse. They have 4 to chose from. 🤗
We don't turn our phones off in case of an emergency.  No landlines anymore so if something happens we need to hear them ring.

Hi Christine,   just home from my walk. Sun trying to burn some fog. It's a cool north wind but it's okay. Not new yet still hr away. Bert washed our vehicles and it was much needed.  Yesterday we got covered by the power washing  of the apartment building next to us. They washed my truck but missed most. I'll send you a picture.  Laundry out on the line so Bert's just talking to his sis on the phone.
We are going to help her by paying the strata fee at him mom's place.it will go back on the market soon but we will help. Nice to hear them laughing after all theses yrs. She decided not to bury the parents.  She will keep them in her place.
