Hi Wendy.  Another scorcher here!  I was out trying to do abit of work and its just too much.  Feels like I have been inside since last fall.  No I haven't gotten any ice cream yet.  I have no portion control and just stuff myself.  I never even thought of the Freeze Pops.  I will get some of them my next trip out.  Oh my gosh, another finger now. Do the shots help with the pain?  I just heard a mower start up.  In this heat???  Stay cool and enjoy your day x
