Good morning Hun
Have great day hope you see some sun very dull here,  will you be going out today or did you get out yesterday, ? Yes  Hun  since Dad  had his bowel Cancer surgery he’s had it in one leg, I have been to Docs and specialist with him about it, we know if Dad is on it more it swells more so, he’s very  good when sitting down and elavating his leg, but I will  tell him  your suggestions might be an issue he doesn’t have smart phone or YouTube access my phone might be to small haha ,
Margot is here today as it’s a trust day in School no  pupils w heave some plans, you take care dear friend, have a goodday, no Iam not going to fret to much or worry over this B12, I don’t do a lot of bad cholesterol any ways, fast food is not something we rarely have, like you I know my own body and know what’s going on haha. Sleep is good so hopefully it’s doing him well, and at least you getting some too x
