Hi Jenny good afternoon sprinkle . Your neck sounds painful! I did a similar thing back in December but it was my the pain and numbness was in my hip . I went to the physio and had lots of stretching exercises to do …..but it worked ! Hope your next recovers very soon . I have tomatoes too . Mine are still very green . XX
