Morning Kathy, hope you slept ok, have a good day, good luck at the GP, Just ask the questions you need to ask, he just has to make time.. make your sure you write them down, as when you get talking about a topic you sometimes forget he questions, get outside and go oh dam i forgot to ask that lol.
I technically don't have to choice to move either, the owners knew i was going to stay on after lease till my house was ready. 
Id say they doing it to avoid the capitals gains tax, as they have to live in for a certain amount of time before they sell, to avoid capital gains.. xxx😘🥰❤️
