good night visit, we may not sprinkle if nothing is due.💦🌷 🌛   Hi Kathy, yeah ill look into doing something as im still getting the pins and needles down my arm and i can feel the impingement in my left side of the neck. and i'm doing the neck arm exercises twice a day, the exercise physiologist gave me.. and no success. I am a bit scared of chiropractor as i know they will probably do movements that make me giddy and throw up. My Sister in law said she sees a good one in Ocean grove but with the cost of fuel that's almost a 2 hour drive for me. so 4 hours round trip.  Ill talk to the GP and see what he recommends. I just know i cant keep putting up with this.. 😘🥰🌹
