yes its an all natural product they have been around for years though, i used to order it when life wasn't so tough, and they now have a new degreaser that comes in a yellow box i bought that one, it also comes with a spray bottle, 2 blocks of scrubbing for glass like your oven and the trays and 2 or 3 dish scrubbers, also i got a free sample of clothes washing sheets, :) ill continue buy the degreaser for our new place its comes in like a wine cask in a box :)
Yeah the agent has been great.. It was like when i put in the request to get the front door lock fixed he rang every day for months Simonds homes and hassled them every single day to come and fix the lock. in the end they come and changed the lock to get rid of him  and it wasn't even under warranty anymore!! He threaded to sue them over a door lock!!

mine in our old place was filthy, i bought our 2nd hand and it was dirty already when i bought it for 50 bucks i didnt have a dishwasher till we left our old home i sold xx x
