Hello Lorraine xx Gosh 4 weeks thats flown by hasnt it. I've been on live chat with where I got my glasses as my work pair & tv pair both have some of the coating coming off on the inside. They said they can only change for 15 days, so I said remove me from any email communications and id leave reviews accordingly. They then changed their mind and said they'd replace them. My eye appt was great 100% no glaucoma, I have excellent healthy eyes. When I was there Peter popped to get mum so shes here for the weekend. We were going to eat out on the way home but the ring road was clear so we were too early for the pub ! Hope you've both had a good Saturday xx

Saturday afternoon sprinkles from a calmer and not so cool day around the Strath and Glen...so nice to see the sun and sporadic blue skies...certainly better than the last few days weather wise.
Going to potter around the house and not do too much at all other than a 30 minutes or so meander outside and also feed the birds...perhaps have a cappuccino on the bench outside and watch the wildlife...
