Hello Lorraine, aww I know that struggle for John, its not easy is it and knowing what to do. Mum went to Yate with our friends today as they wanted the butcher and shes had a lovely time going round the shops with her new scooter. I was worried buying it without seeing it but definitely a good buy as shes thrilled with it. I'm at docs tomorrow for blood, not been on my own yet as usually have Peter to do my wheelchair but they've said I can park right outside so I'm really hopeful I can do it on my own....we'll see !! xx

Saturday sprinkles from a much warmer South Loch Ness...7oC is very welcome. It is of course set to turn rather cool again later next week but it feels so nice not to freeze ⛄
Birds all fed plus the naughty red squirrels who love to spill seed in all directions...mind you, the young pine marten enjoy the random seed, they have such sweet faces but of course grown up their teeth are like razors!!I
Going to have homemade veggie soup for tonight's supper with jacket potato and cheese...simple and tasty...
