splashed-- No sun but it appears a little clearer this morning. Wouldn't surprise me if the smoke got to UK as ithas gone south and is annoying some Americans. I will see if I can get out and sit for a bit today but have to wait for the nurse and also a delivery of Sagwa's pills(can't leave him in here to get the delivery.I am presuming that the visitors will be renting a car to get around(hope they can drive on the right side of the road) But it will make things easier--like you say its going to be a chore to see everything in that amount of time as there is a lot  to seeAs far as I am concerned Montreal has sites to see but it is just a big city, of course a whole week could be spent in Ottawa or Quebec city and as I said the Niagara peninsular is touristy and then there is Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake--tell them to pack some good running shoes as that is a lot to see andthey will be on the run. As you know --nothing here is close together and there is usually a good distance between. Off to get the day going--have a good day.

Hello Ed, what I get from your dream is a feeling of frustration and disapointment. Not that I am a real dream weaver. The wool that I planned to sort is not my own. It is wool from my Mum's late friend, Nancy. Given to me to take to the Op shop. I didn't end up sorting it. I finished knitting the doll's dress instead. And the vintage doll will go to the op shop once I have completed her outfit. It was my cousin's doll and she has no interest in it. As usual once I sat down to knit Mungo wanted to sit on my knee. However I was once again up and down getting what I needed and he got fed up. Now both cats and I have had dinner. Without even looking I know that Mungo is on my bed. Mindy most likely is in the back bedroom. I keep meaning to close it off to keep her closer. Now almost time for bed and a book. Last night I started reading another Richard Osman book, 'We Solve Murders.' It is a new series. Different characters. Once again one of the main characters is retired but not in a retirement village. Retired police man living in a quiet village in England. Hasn't quite grabbed me yet. Early pages. Now I must go to bed. Enjoy your day.

I don't like putting the shopping away. Especially when I have to crowbar things into the fridge. We have small fridge.

splashed--mallard ty--Once again we have sun but it is smokey and I think  that is what we will get for awhile.Yes the top 70 to start,then top 50 and finally the top 30 will no cuts  the top seventy get a few bonuses but the top fifty can play in everything as the top thirty can.And of course the higher you go the more money you make. Yes definately see niagara Falls and they should be here at a good time for all the harvests coming in down in that area--the wineries will be going full tilt.and depending on the time there should be a rash of fall fairs from the CNE on. Hello ED, I am at your gate. I love your idea for the back of the T Shirt! As I have most told you I hate supermarket shopping. In and out as quick as I can and usually only buy things on my list. Although having said that I did have a quick glance at the seafood and grabbed a box of mussels in cream and garlic sauce. I really enjoy them and as they seem to be seasonal I made the extra purchase. I will enjoy them on Friday after working in the shop. I then spent the afternoon knitting the doll's dress. Finished front and back and started on the sleeves only to realise that the printed pattern is wrong so I had to pull the sleeves out and start again after I made sense of the error in the pattern. Mungo kept wanting to sit on my knees however he kept getting tangled in the wool so I kept shooing him off. He was not happy. Almost time for me to prepare dinner. Salmon with skin on and my usual mushrooms and tomatoes. Maybe a bit more knitting..... Enjoy your day.
